Missed our recent session on ACEP-ALE eligibility? The recording of this free webinar is now available to watch on demand.
The ACEP-ALE program offers cost-share assistance to Eligible Entities (e.g., Tribes, land trusts, SWCDs, etc.) to protect working lands through agricultural land easements. In a 2024 survey, COLT members identified a need to build deeper knowledge about the physical and legal requirements that a potential easement must meet. In this webinar, COLT’s Agricultural Land Easement Program Coordinator, Matt Penberthy, walks through the details of land eligibility and what to expect in the process.
