OAHP on to Ways & Means! Next steps

Good afternoon Oregon Agricultural Heritage Program supporters,

Exciting news! Yesterday, the House Committee on Agriculture and Land Use referred HB 2729 to the Joint Committee on Ways and Means with a 5-0 vote in favor of passage.

Please share this article by the Capital Press with your network and legislators: If you don’t know who your legislators are, you can find out at this link.

As we enter our next stage of advocacy to secure the $10 million request to fund OAHP, it would be super helpful if you took the time to fill out this form and note the ways you can support:

If you are interested in traveling to Salem for meetings with legislators, the Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts has limited funding to help with travel expenses. Please contact me if this support would help make your advocacy possible.

Thank you all for the support that you have provided thus far! We could not have made it to Ways & Means without your dedication and passion for this program.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions and I hope that you have a great rest of the week.
