Oregon Conservation Law Forum 2017

About

The Oregon Conservation Law Forums are educational programs for attorneys with land trusts, public agencies and law firms to learn, discuss and help shape land conservation law in Oregon.

Enrollment

Forum enrollment is limited to approximately 25 people in person (register early!)and there is a call-in / video option for those who would like to participate remotely.  3 MCLE Credits are available for attorneys registered in Oregon.

Purpose

The purpose of the forum is to discuss current legal cases, emerging legal and policy issues for land conservation, to review strategies, and to provide guidance for meeting these challenges. Through the three forums this year, the Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts hopes to support a peer network of attorneys that share a common interest in conservation and land use in Oregon.

The forum was convened three times in 2017.
