Requesting Information on Comparable Sales

How it works

The Coalition of Oregon Land Trusts (COLT) has created this database for COLT members and appraisers working on COLT member projects to provide information on comparable conservation easement sales.

To Request Such Services:

  • Fill out the Request Form
  • Upon receipt of the form, COLT will contact you & request that you sign our Use Agreement.
  • Once the signed agreement is received, COLT will release the database information.
