Save the Date – December 9th Conservation Law Forum

We’ve arrived at the final forum of the 2020 Oregon Conservation Law Forum series! We hope you’ll be able to join us for our upcoming virtual law forum on December 9th, 2020 from 8:45am – 1:00pm.

Through our three forums this year, COLT hopes to support a peer network of attorneys that share a common interest in conservation and land use in Oregon. We offer these forums as educational programs for attorneys and staff for land trusts, public agencies and law firms to learn, discuss and help shape land conservation law in Oregon. At our December 9th law forum, we will discuss current legal cases and emerging policy issues pertaining to land conservation, review strategies and provide guidance for meeting the challenges the land trust community is currently facing.
