Stories from our 2015 report include:

The Conservation Fund helped create Oregon’s first new state forest in more than 60 years
Blue Mountain Land Trust worked with the Cunha family to purchase a conservation easement protecting nearly 3,000 acres of the Cunha ranch.

Lower Nehalem Community Trust’s 50 acres of wetland conservation, with four acres of community gardens provide food for a local food bank.

Mike Running

Mike serves as the part-time Administrative Coordinator for COLT (among other duties). Mike graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Political Science in 1999, then a Master’s in Community and Regional Planning in 2002 also from U of O.
